Pleasant Hill Addition

Project Began: September 2004
Project Complete: January 2005

This 500SF slab on grade addition and 250 SF remodel of existing space in Pleasant hill included a new Master Bedroom, Bathroom, and Walk in closet as well as a reconfigured bedroom, hallway and closet. Due to storage constraints our plan allowed us to make over 400 SF of lighted attic storage for the owners with a pull down access in the hallway. New comp. roof completely installed. Exterior included installation of a new buried sewer service to the street. New Air conditioning and Heat forced air for whole house. Addition included use of new Aquapex distribution system. Whole house Data distribution system installed with home runs to attic space.

Thoughts from the owners:
We partnered with JWC to add a master suite to our 2 bed one bath home while we lived in it with our 3 children we were able to complete the project within our budget due to pre planning with JWC. Since completion We have moved out of the country and sold the property for a handsome profit due to the addition. Thank you JWC for a great partnership!
