Addition - 500 sq.ft.to 800 sq.ft. Example 2

This 500SF raised floor addition and 150 SF remodel of existing space in Danville included a new Master Bedroom, Bathroom, and Walk in closet as well as a new playroom,and laundry room. We reconfigured hallway and closet. we were able to integrate 300 SF of lighted attic storage for the owners with a pull down access in the hallway. New 50year comp. roof completely installed. Exterior included installation of concrete walks around the addition and sprinkler/drainage for the landscape. New Air conditioning and Heat forced air for whole house. The highlight is the HUGE jaccuzzi bathtub and granite wall surround in the master bath. The Whole house Data distribution system installed with multiple home runs to the server space was also a great upgrade to bring the home into the 21st century.
