This is a whole house remodel in Walnut Creek. The kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, hall bedroom
hall bathroom, laundry, paint, carpet, molding, roof, siding, front yard, back yard, decks, fence
and driveway are NEW! Foundation leveled, earthquake retrofit and vapor barrier under house. New copper pipe
throughout, new waste plumbing, on demand whole house water heater and new flex tubing gas line were installed.
"Smart House'" all electrical breakers, cable, Cat5e, phone, and sprinker control terminates to smart closet for
home automation and upgrades. This allows for 1 modem to service the entire house as well as one central computer.
Outside, 1200 Lineal feet of new irrigation pipe and sprinklers installed
